Run + Workout

EVERY WEDNESDAY

Run + Workout Training combines endurance runs with strength and conditioning workouts to build speed, stamina, and total-body fitness—perfect for athletes who want to run stronger and stay injury-free.

OCR Workout

EVERY SATURDAY

4:00 to 6:00 PM

Bridgetowne, Pasig City

OCR Training prepares you for obstacle course races by combining running, strength, grip, and agility workouts—helping you conquer walls, ropes, and everything in between.

About Our Community

Founded in 2024, Fits Bump has grown from a small group of friends to a thriving community of runners of all levels. Our mission is to promote health, fitness, and camaraderie through running.

We welcome runners of all abilities, from beginners to experienced marathoners. Our club offers structured training programs, social runs, and competitive events throughout the year.

I'm not virgin to community runs, but most often when I show up to events, I just run and go. So when I got first introduced by a friend about Fits Bump, the only knowledge I have is warmup routine, run, and then cool down routine. Fitsbump has helped me realize that there's more to that. I get to learn about different running routines and trainings (even OCR) that improved my running skills by a mile (pun intended). All while being able to do it in a fun way because the coaches are approachable and vibe of the group is pretty much engaging.

This run plus workout club is an incredible community that truly promotes overall fitness with a well-rounded approach. The team is passionate, knowledgeable, and always brings great energy to every session. They’re also super accommodating, making everyone feel welcome regardless of fitness level. P.S.
